Service Description
Every 3rd Friday of the month, we gather for a much-needed pause. A moment to exhale, to come home to your body, and to soften the edges of your week (and life). This 90-minute yin yoga class is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and melt away layers of tension you didn’t even know you were holding. Through long, gentle holds, Yin works deeply into the body’s connective tissues, restoring mobility, releasing energetic stagnation, and creating space for the breath and nervous system to unwind. You’ll be guided to meet yourself exactly where you are, using the breath as a bridge between holding and softening, doing and being. This monthly ritual supports you to: Release physical and emotional tension Calm the mind and regulate the nervous system Improve circulation, flexibility, and joint mobility Balance the body’s subtle energy and pranic flow Deepen your connection to self and inner stillness This is your monthly exhale - a sanctuary of slowness to refill your cup, one breath at a time.
