This session focuses primarily on guided passive stretching and gentle compression techniques, helping to ease muscular tension, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling lighter and more open in your body. It’s a great way to unwind, especially if you're tight from sitting, sports, or stress. While this shorter session is incredibly beneficial, please note that it does not offer the full therapeutic depth of our 2-hour Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, which includes more comprehensive acupressure and energy line work for deeper healing and energetic balancing. Thai Yoga Stretch Massage is performed fully clothed on a padded futon mat on the floor. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch with ease.
