Service Description

Join me every Tuesday or Thursday as we find calm and prepare your body, mind, and heart for birth in a warm, nurturing space with other expectant mamas. Each class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and connect with yourself and your baby. We move through a series of pregnancy-specific yoga postures designed to support your changing body, ease tension, and cultivate the muscle memory your body will draw upon when it’s time to birth your baby. These classes are more than just stretching. It’s about finding connection, confidence, and community in pregnancy. Many mums share that this is the one time in the week they really get to connect with their baby. A space where they can breathe, release anxiety around birth, and feel supported by other mums walking the same path. It’s become a sanctuary of calm, positivity, and empowerment, helping mamas-to-be prepare for birth with a deep sense of trust in their bodies and their birth. Rooted in embodied birth preparation, these classes weave together gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system care to help you feel grounded, calm, and connected throughout your pregnancy. Nadia’s teaching style is gentle and intuitive, blending yogic wisdom with birth education and emotional support, so you can learn to truly trust your body and connect with the deep wisdom it already holds. This is more than just pregnancy yoga. It’s a time to pause, connect, and remember the power within you as you prepare to birth your baby.

If you're unable to make it to class and you need to cancel or rearrange, please contact us at least 4 hours before class starts otherwise you will be charged the full class fee.
