Service Description
Find inner stillness and prepare your body and mind for birth in a small and relaxing group. We will revisit a series of pregnancy-specific yoga poses each week so that your body develops the muscle memory needed for when it's time to birth your baby. Nadia's classes are gentle and slow-paced, offering a unique yogic approach by combining meditation, breathwork, and stretches to support your pregnancy and birth journey.
