Pregnancy Thai Yoga Massage is a beautiful, gentle treatment designed especially for expectant mamas. Working in a comfortable, side-lying position, this deeply restorative massage blends mindful touch, gentle assisted stretches, acupressure, and rhythmic rocking techniques to: ✨ Release tension in your back, hips, and shoulders ✨ Ease common discomforts like swelling, sciatica, and pelvic pain ✨ Improve circulation and support your changing body ✨ Soothe your nervous system and promote deep relaxation ✨ Create space to connect with your baby and your breath What to Expect: Unlike traditional oil-based massage, Thai Yoga Massage is a fully clothed, mat-based treatment rooted in ancient healing traditions. During your session, you’ll lie on a soft futon while your therapist uses a blend of techniques tailored for pregnancy, including: 🌿 Gentle Assisted Stretches - to release tension, open the hips, and create space in the body 🌿 Acupressure & Energy Lines - working along the body’s sen lines (similar to meridians) to restore balance and relieve areas of tightness 🌿 Rhythmic Rocking - soothing movements that calm the nervous system and mimic the natural rhythms of the body 🌿 Mindful Touch & Holding - grounding, nurturing pressure to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply held Every session is adapted with your comfort and safety at its heart, meaning this treatment can be received at any stage of pregnancy, from your first trimester right through to birth.
