A deeply nurturing massage to support you in the early days, weeks, and months of motherhood. Postpartum is a time of immense change. Physically, emotionally, and energetically, your body is recalibrating after birth, while you are also learning to care for your baby, often around the clock. And in the midst of all of that, it’s so easy for you to be the one who is holding everything… without being held yourself. Postnatal Massage is a gentle, restorative treatment designed to support your recovery, replenish your energy, and offer you a moment to simply receive. Working with slow, intuitive touch, gentle stretches, acupressure, and rhythmic rocking, this treatment is designed to: ✨ Release deep-held tension in the back, shoulders, hips, and neck ✨ Support your body’s recovery after birth, including muscular and postural rebalancing ✨ Calm your nervous system and ease feelings of overwhelm or depletion ✨ Improve circulation and encourage rest and repair ✨ Offer you a rare and precious space to soften, switch off, and be cared for What to Expect: Unlike traditional oil-based massage, Thai Yoga Massage is a fully clothed, mat-based treatment rooted in ancient healing traditions. You’ll be supported on a soft futon, with positioning adapted to suit your body and stage of recovery. Your session will include a blend of: 🌿 Gentle Assisted Stretches – to ease tightness, open the body, and restore a sense of space after pregnancy and birth 🌿 Acupressure & Energy Line Work – working along the body’s sen lines to release blockages and rebalance your energy 🌿 Rhythmic Rocking – soothing, repetitive movements that help regulate the nervous system and invite deep relaxation 🌿 Mindful Touch & Holding – slow, grounding contact that allows your body to feel safe, supported, and deeply nurtured Every session is guided by where you are. Whether you are a few weeks postpartum or further along in your motherhood journey, this space meets you gently and without expectation. As a mother, you give so much of yourself. Your time. Cancellation Policy

If you're unable to make your session and you need to cancel or rearrange, please contact us at least 24 hours beforehand otherwise you will be charged the full appointment fee.
