12 April - Ideal for babies due in June, July and August. 28 June - Ideal for babies due in September, October and November. Mindful hypnobirthing is a grounded, evidence-informed approach to preparing for labour. It’s not abstract theory or “just breathing,” but practical tools that work with the physiology of birth. In one interactive day, you and your birth partner will learn techniques rooted in psychology, neuroscience, and the hormonal process of labour to help you: • Stay calm and centred as labour intensifies • Manage sensation and reduce pain perception • Support natural labour hormones through your birth environment and mindset • Communicate clearly with your care team • Advocate confidently and make informed decisions • Work together as a connected, supportive birth team Many women come to this course curious but unsure how calm they’ll actually stay. They may carry fear-based stories about birth or worry about pain or losing control. Often, they want their partner to really understand what’s happening and how to support them, and they want preparation that’s practical, evidence-based, and usable in the moment. By the end of the day, you’ll leave feeling capable and steady. You’ll be equipped with breathing and hypno tools you can trust, supported by a partner who understands what’s happening, and able to communicate clearly under pressure. Most importantly, you’ll feel calm, grounded, and ready for birth, whatever unfolds. What You Get in the 6-hour in-person training • Interactive teaching with Nadia, a qualified hypnobirthing & birth educator • Practical breathing, focus, and self-hypnosis techniques • Partner preparation and support tools • Communication strategies for medical settings • Birth planning guidance • Take-home scripts, audios, and reference materials My Approach Blending modern psychology, mindfulness, and real-world birth preparation, this method (as taught by Sophie Fletcher) is simple, accessible, and easy to apply. You don’t need to be “spiritual” or experienced with meditation, just open to learning practical tools that work.
