This gentle Mini Retreat is a heartfelt invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in the midst of the summer holidays. You’ve been holding so much — the joy, the mess, the noise, the giving. This retreat offers a soft space to land, to feel supported, and to be reminded: you are not alone. What to Expect: Together in a small, supportive group of fellow mums, you’ll be guided through two hours of restorative, nurturing practices designed to calm your nervous system and reconnect you to you. ✨ Grounding Yin Yoga 🖋️ Reflective Journaling 🌀 Honest, heart-led Sharing Circle 😴 Soothing Guided Meditation 🍲 Nourishing Vegetarian Lunch (served at 1pm — optional if you need to head off after the session) All mats and props are provided. Just bring yourself and whatever you need to feel cosy and cared for. What to Bring: - Comfortable clothes you can move in - An extra blanket (for extra cosiness during rest) - A journal & pen - A water bottle Dietary Needs: A vegetarian lunch will be lovingly prepared and served after the session.
